Delivery & Shipping
For online orders we provide shipping services. We guarantee that the product will reach at your given address within 3-4 working days not including Sundays and other holidays, after your payment has been cleared.
We provide delivery throughout India for all online products, also in rural interior areas through speed post or registered post; the order will deliver to you within 8-10days. Order placed before 4pm will be shipped on the same day.
We provide you with standard rates and our shipping charges are based on volume of the particular product.
The company will not cover delivery delays due to customer unavailability or if the given address is not valid. So to avoid further error or delays in shipment you are requested to submit your correct & complete details of your address followed by pin code & landmark.
During festival time Delivery within 3-4 days is not possible, if you are placing your order for valentine on 11th Feb. it will reach to you before or on 14th Feb. but in case if you have place your order after 11th Feb.
We won't be able to provide you delivery on 14th Feb., we guarantee to deliver the exact product which you have selected. In case you have received a different product, or if the product was damaged in shipment, please contact us within the specific time period through mail or customer care service and we will ensure that it will be replaced as soon as possible.
Blue Dart and FedEx: Blue Dart and FedEx both offer door to door tracking and packages normally arrive within about 7-10 business days after shipment. The minimum order value needed for International Shipping is USD 1000.00 .The Shipping Amount For the Same would be billed at actual depending on the weight of the parcel once the order is emailed to us on email@example.com
Hotels: We do not ship to hotels, motels, inns, hostels, B&Bs, and/or timeshares because we cannot guarantee safe and timely delivery during your stay.
Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
We are not able to mark orders as "gifts" because we are a retail online store.
We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
Its Our Studio has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.
